Kita bin

Kita is a 50-litre public litter bin designed by Stéphane Chapelet for LAB23. Its clean, contemporary lines fit every public space, and its simple, quick emptying system makes daily maintenance easier.

Options

The bin comes with or without a rain cover, and with or without a lock. Five colours are suggested for the body, and any RAL shade can be chosen to suit the project.

Materials and finishes

  • Capacity: 50 litres

  • Body: galvanised, powder-coated steel

  • Colours: mimosa yellow, fir green, sage green, terracotta red, slate grey, or any RAL shade

  • Rain cover: optional

  • Lock: optional

  • Fixing: set directly in the ground, or base plate bolted onto anchor bolts

  • Maintenance: periodic cleaning with clean water or a mild detergent
